All clients will be triaged by medical staff according to hospital triage guidelines.

Due to the absence of police counter and psychiatric ward facilities in our hospital, clients with the following conditions are strongly advised to attend the Accident and Emergency Department of public hospitals for further care after receiving emergency treatments at our hospital:

• Traffic accidents where police investigation is required
• Criminal cases where police investigation is required
• Suicidal tendency
• Psychiatric illness (e.g. with violent behavior)

Remarks:

In accordance with Government Ambulance Service guidelines, Ambulance Officer can execute his decision based on patient's condition, needs, distance to send patient to the nearest A&E for treatment.
