• Simply show the patient’s identity card and fill in the form at the registration counter.
  

【Triage】

• Settle at the waiting area.
  
  
• Professional triage nurse inquires the medical history of the patient and conducts preliminary examination such as measuring the body temperature and blood pressure, then triage the patient accordingly.

【Diagnosis Procedure】

• Patient ticket number and waiting time are flashed on the electronic display board at the waiting area.
  
  
• Patient is ushered into the consultation room to see the doctor.
  
  
• Patient is referred to have medical imaging examination.

【Scenario 1: Receive immediate treatment】

• Patient is discharged after receiving immediate treatments.

【Scenario 2: Refer to specialty or another hospital】

• Patient is referred to specialty or another hospital for further consultation and treatments.

【Scenario 3: Admission to the hospital】

• Patient is admitted to hospital for further treatment.
